Air- Conditioning

We install and service split system, ducted and cassette-type air conditioning. We recommend booking a free no obligation site visit to determine the size of air conditioner you require. We will provide in house assessments to recommend the most suitable air conditioner for your needs. Poorly sized air-conditioners will be less efficient, utilise more energy and are not cost effective.  The air conditioning unit will work harder and for longer periods reducing its working life. All Air Conditioners will be installed as per the Refrigerant Handling Code and to the Manufacturers Installation Standards.

We only supply air-conditioners from Mitsubishi Electric or Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is the mother company and was established in 1870 as Mitsubishi Shipbuilding Co.  Mitsubishi Shipbuilding Co. became Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and they also created the Mitsubishi Electric Corporation as a individual company in 1921 and they are rivals in the market share. Both are considered global brands with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries winning the Canstar award for most satisfied customers the last 2 years running.  Both brands offer excellent service with a quick turn-around after sales and warranty assistance.

We take the time to show you how to use your air-conditioner so you understand how to obtain the most out of it keeping your power bills low while still enjoying the cold air.  All air conditioners we install will have your warranty card completed with all of our details and applicable licence numbers.  Jake Seeds Electrical Pty Ltd will guarantee our installation for as long as your unit is in warranty. We register every air conditioner with Mitsubishi so if there is an unforeseen problem, Mitsubishi will already have your details.
